Overview

Yapster is even more valuable when it can connect directly to our customers’ other key systems. Working directly with the CEO, you will take the lead on managing our relationships with our existing technology partners and building out our partner network to open up new growth opportunities.

Package:

  • Annual salary of up to £25k (depending on experience)

After closing a significant round of private investment at the end of last year, we’re gearing up for rapid growth through 2019 and beyond. With your help, our mobile messaging platform will be used and loved by millions of frontline workers across the world in the coming years.

Main responsibilities

  • Day-to-day liaison with existing and prospective partner organisations

  • Meeting with partners and demoing Yapster

  • Identifying and exploring opportunities for new commercial partnerships that help extend the reach and utility of the Yapster platform

  • Working closely with our Head of Projects and our engineering team to understand the feasibility of proposed technology integrations and produce mock ups

  • Supporting our account management team with customer requests for integrations

  • Working with the marketing team to document new partnerships and promote them in our target markets

  • Being an external ambassador for Yapster at events

Qualities we’re looking for:

  • This is not a technical role but you must love, and be confident using, technology

  • Confident, friendly and engaging - you must consider yourself to be a ‘people person’

  • You must be a structured and organised thinker

  • Ability to work independently and show initiative

  • Adaptable and resilient

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in a retail or hospitality environment is always a bonus

  • Aptitude is more important to us than academic qualifications
