After closing two significant rounds of private investment over the last year, we’re gearing up for rapid growth this year and next. With your help, our mobile messaging platform will be used and loved by millions of frontline workers across the world in the coming years.

Based in the heart of Soho, we’re a friendly, fun team united by a passion for building a first class product and company culture. You can expect to work alongside brilliant people and join a fast-paced culture in which everyone relishes getting ‘stuck in’.

  • Be a leading source of ideas for engaging content

  • Work with our designers on accompanying visuals to bring our content to life

  • Be a main point of contact for press announcements and queries

  • Own Yapster’s content calendar

  • Support our customer and sales teams with requests for content

  • Run Yapster’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)

  • First and foremost, you must have a creative mind and a passion and flair for writing

  • Proven ability to turn technical or dry subject matter into engaging content

  • Strong eye for detail

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in roles that have involved producing content for business audiences

  • Previous experience of managing social media channels is not essential but would be beneficial, as would any marketing experience

  • We are a small but fast-growing company so you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing working environment

Straight to the front

From there, what’s next is super simple

If you like the initial sound of the company/ role. We then act as your “in” with them and set up an initial phone chat with you and the Hiring Manager there.

The chat will be pretty informal and should only last 10-15 minutes - It's a fact find for both of you.

More than prepared

Before the call we will send you EVERYTHING you'll need to know about the company / who they are looking for / format of the call and so on.
