What you'll do:
Full 360 Sales cycle role - opening, closing, qualifying and growing a new business pipeline that you will close with our field sales team. Identify and explore opportunities for commercial partnerships that help extend the reach and utility of the Yapster platform
Growth potential:
The role offers unlimited and fast growth. People in this position have progressed to a number of different roles within the company so the sky is the limit. You will expect to be in a more senior role with 6-12 months. We have designed the commission so you will earn a minimum £20,000 in commission with most of our consultants earning well in excess of this.
We expect you to be earning over £100,000 in the next 18 months and we clearly show you how up-front.

Overview
Reporting to our Head of Brand,, you will play a leading role in sourcing your own leads with our sales support team and nurturing and closing new accounts. As a new function for the business, the job really is what you make of it!

Competitive annual salary plus generous commission structure (guaranteed commission and pro-rata'd earning of £50,000 for the first 3 months.

Responsibilities and duties:

Developing, qualifying, closing and growing a new business pipeline that enables you to reach your Annual Recurring Revenue through:

Taking a new account from open to close.

Delivering product demos

Representing Yapster at trade shows and external events

Working closely with our teams to determine approach, strategy and develop and refine the proposition

Having opening conversations with potential customers (often at executive level) over the phone and via email and LinkedIn

Researching target customers and markets

Building your network across the retail and hospitality industries

Closely monitor news and developments in our target industries and build your knowledge of these sectors

Ensuring our Salesforce is up to date and accurate

Identify and explore opportunities for commercial partnerships that help extend the reach and utility of the Yapster platform
Experience - professional:
-
Minimum of 1 years experience in enterprise sales - ideally in a startup or a SaaS company
-
Demonstrable ability to hit regular business targets
-
Familiarity with using CRM software - ideally Salesforce

You must love, and be confident using, technology
-
Experience in retail and hospitality sales is not essential but you must be able to show enthusiasm for working in these markets

Aptitude is more important to us than academic qualifications
