Overview

Working for our customers, you will provide a consultative account management role to your dedicated customers including but not limited to The Restaurant Group and Wagamama.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver a smooth and consistent account management roll out - from launch to renewal

  • Develop outstanding customer relationships with key stakeholders and throughout the territory

  • Gather regular, effective and relevant feedback to help provide ROI and secure renewals

  • Consultative approach

  • Creative problem solving for your territory

 

 

Experience

  • Experience working in a customer facing role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised, conscientious and responsive with a strong attention to detail

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

  • Experience using basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Docs etc.)

  • Comfortable communicating with people of all levels 

  • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload

  • Ability to work independently

  • Salesforce

  • Hospitality/retail background

  • SaaS account management
