Responsibilities
After four years in London, we have a sizable base of top-tier clients across EMEA, renewals and upsells far outweigh sales to new accounts, and a dedicated Account Management function is overdue.
You'll join our growing 15 person London team and work closely with colleagues in Business Development and Client Solutions, and the Head of Sales to pioneer this new function, grow revenue from our top clients, and improve outcomes across our client-base.
You'll focus on:

Renewals, senior stakeholder relationships, client satisfaction and client success

Expansion of existing accounts into new teams and territories

Upselling and maximising revenue from existing accounts

Improving outcomes across our portfolio by improving processes and leading initiatives
You will have the opportunity to shape this role, implement best practices and potentially build the rest of the team going forward.
About you

Minimum two years of closing and account management experience (we're open to considering a range of experience levels)

A proven track record of achieving renewals and revenue growth
-
Minimum 2:1 or equivalent from a top-tier university or business school
-
Entrepreneurial, determined and goal-driven team player
-
Intelligent, analytical and curious with good attention to detail

Excellent people, communication and presenting skills

Excellent written and spoken English

Eligible to work in the UK
Bonus points if you have:

It all started when Antoine and Philippe met in June 2009.
They shared the desire to help people work better, and a passion for technology – Excel in particular. The first version of UpSlide launched in 2011 and it attracted financial teams – for example at Mazars, where UpSlide is now deployed in 40 countries. In 2015, UpSlide opened a London and a New York office.
