You will also have access to extensive lead lists for outbound prospecting. This role is a closing sales role with the potential to be the first on the ground and help scale out the sales team over the coming years. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to qualification, demonstrations and closing.

About You

With major brands on the Roubler platform, our team has done exceptionally well in defining our product market fit. We've only scratched the surface in terms of what we will do for businesses and employees around the world. 

As a London based Roubler Account Exectuive you will qualify inbound queries from small and medium businesses with shift-based workforces. You will also have access to extensive lead lists for outbound prospecting. You will proactively manage any queries they have on our product and help them streamline their business processes and make efficiencies. 

This role is a closing sales role with the potential to be the first on the ground and help scale out the sales team over the coming years. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to qualification, demonstrations and closing. 

Day to Day: 

> Navigate a lead lists and/or proactively reach out to prospects with phone calls (a large portion of this job is outbound calls) 

> Conduct pre-qualification of prospects for the Roubler sales process 

> Set up appointments/web demonstrations of qualified prospects 

> Proactively manage multiple stakeholders, navigating to the correct decision makers. 

> Keep CRM (HubSpot) system up to date at all times 

> A Customer first approach to calls, interactions, and support is critical to the role 

Key Skills: 

> 2 years minimum SaaS sales experience in a closing role 

> Prior experience working in hospitality, retail or healthcare/medical a plus

> Ability to hold conversations with key decision makers is ideal 

> Ability to translate client pain points into a possible product solution 

> Fluent in English (written and spoken) 

> Ability to build rapport on calls very quickly 

> Data- driven and Process-driven in your approach to work 

> Growth mindset and Achievement orientated 

> Interest in data and willing to learn new technology 

> Happy to share ideas, collaborate globally and consistently self develop
