About The London Residents Club:
The London Residents Club (LRC), is a short-term rental management company with a strong focus on guest hospitality and our service to our client owners. In essence, we help property owners let their property through platforms such as The Plum Guide, Airbnb and Booking.com, achieving desirable yields while retaining the flexibility to stay in their home whenever they like.
On the guest side, we provide unique, characterful, well-located properties with all the comforts of a hotel.
We are a young, fast-growing company and have further ambitions for expansion over the next two years. In our 3 years of trading, we have looked after 100s of properties, acquired another company and have built a team of 40+ staff.

Sales Manager Role Purpose:
To own the entire client acquisition process, to grow The London Residents Club’s portfolio of prime London homes at a sustainable rate. We want to scale the company while still maintaining our boutique feel and high level of service.
You will relish working to ambitious “new homes” targets and working collaboratively with the reservations & onboarding teams. We will provide you with the resources to fulfil your role including a budget and a team.
In summary, we are seeking a candidate who is great with people, has a good network, is digital marketing (outbound & inbound)/social media savvy and is able to create and run marketing campaigns independently. This opportunity is for a mid-level sales professional, but there is scope for the right candidate to take a senior Head of Sales role in 6 - 12 months.
Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

Be proactive and organised when managing and replying to leads

Be the face of LRC - the way you act in your initial dealings will set the tone for the rest of the contract

Proactively manage all “organic” new business coming in from referrals and website traffic

Manage clients’ expectations and adopt the “undersell, overdeliver” mantra

Be selective: we are looking for prime, well-located properties with good availability

Collaborate with our Onboarding Manager and Revenue Manager to coordinate the onboarding process, e.g. sales collateral, booking photographers, collation of onboarding information etc

Be self-motivated and autonomous

Be accountable and take responsibility for your decisions

Be confident working towards targets

Speak up and drive process improvements and change

Help create and implement a digital marketing roadmap in order to generate leads in line with our sales targets

Be involved in outbound marketing through Facebook, Google and postal means

Generate content for inbound leads using our blog and email marketing channels
Reporting to: The two Co-Founders
Compensation:
Base - £22,500 OTE - £40,000 (target-based)
