What we're looking for
We are looking for an incredible Head of Growth to help us lift more lives. You will be responsible for owning our growth and driving new customers to Lifted. We need you to quickly roll your sleeves up and take a data driven approach to quickly figure out scalable acquisition channels, as well as doubling down on those that are already working. You will be working directly with our CEO to deliver against ambitious growth targets. This role will combine leadership of a small growth team as well as hands-on execution. It’s a critical role for us at a critical time. We are building the future of care at home and your work could not be more important.
Responsibilities

Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies for Lifted, optimising every part of the sales funnel

Understand the journey families go through when looking for care and develop our proposition and nurture journeys to improve conversion rates

Run targeted data driven experiments to identify the most effective channels with a clear view of CAC. Double down on what works

Work with product team, to drive new users to our platform

Own and deploy marketing budget

Optimise existing channels including offline marketing and paid media

Oversee execution of our SEO and content marketing strategy

Manage business development lead to develop and deliver referral partnerships for Lifted

Deliver growth in line with our mission of lifting the lives of families and carers

Hit ambitious growth targets
About you

Experience driving growth through online and offline acquisition channels

Skilled with longer conversion funnels and ability to build a journey that converts

Demonstrable experience in implementing data-led marketing strategies & using web analytics tools

Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals

Self-starter with ability to execute and iterate quickly

Experience in high growth environment

Ability to lead and manage others to develop in fast changing environment

Experience in high value consumer products a plus
