Insurtech Insights was founded in 2018 and have grown to become the largest insurance technology conference in Europe with more than 2,000 attendees. In 2019, we plan to continue our growth in North America and Asia.

IWe're a global ecosystem aiming to connect industry leaders and decision makers with innovative startups who are challenging the insurance market, in order to create mutual business opportunities and accelerate growth. Our vision is to foster debate around the most innovative technology topics impacting the Insurance industry today.

From high insurance premiums to time-consuming claims processes, insurance as we know it is broken. So we decided to build a media company, fully focused on connecting tech entrepreneurs, c-level executives, and investors through annual conferences that foster partnerships and innovation.

 

The team consists of 8-10 entrepreneurs that share a culture rooted in rapid execution and decentralized decision-making, challenging everyone always to learn, work hard, and lead themselves towards ambitious goals.

THE ROLE

 


As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the management of sponsor sales and relationships across our three insurtech conferences in Europe, North America, and Asia. You will spend most of your day interacting with our clients and hitting sales targets. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 


> Successfully achieve specified targets and performance objectives for sponsorship sales

 

> Make outgoing sales calls to existing customers as well as new business clients

 

> Be knowledgeable about the market to deliver competitive offers to clients

 

> Maintain a strong pipeline through relationship building and cooperation with our team

 

> This list is not exhaustive, and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.

> You always execute with urgency

 

> You have a natural ability to sell and enjoy being a leader

 

> You can execute under high pressure and maintain calm

 

>You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 

> You have an ability and willingness to learn quickly

 

> You have good literacy and numeric skills


> You can work independently in a fast-paced environment

THE IDEAL PROFILE

> Two years of experience in Sponsorships/Account Management/B2B sales experience


> Experience in communicating at different levels with a variety of stakeholders

 

>You have a good understanding of the insurance industry

 

> You have a natural hustle and drive to work hard
