The role

We have big ambitions to allow anyone, anywhere to find the perfect suppliers for their event and to do that, we need to help the whole industry to successfully use our platform. In this role, you will support the Growth team to scale acquisition, uncover innovative and creative new channels, methods and experiments and contribute to wider growth targets of engagements, retention and much much more!

A self-starter; you will take ownership of the acquisition channels, across traditional forms such as email and outreach, to newer channels such as social media outreach, scheduling, automation and re-engagement.

You should have a passion for growth, a love of the small businesses you’ll be working with and a genuine interest in helping people to grow their events business through Add to Event.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute a best-in-class strategy to drive acquisition, leveraging paid and organic tactics

  • Ideate, test, measure and iterate on campaigns across functions and numerous channels including search, social, content promotion and community engagement

  • Take ownership of day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across multiple channels, monitor and optimise performance and feed insights back to the team

  • Keep close track of our core metrics, and own the upkeep of our Growth dashboard

  • Design new content for our social media channels

Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B growth/digital/performance marketing

  • Demonstrable success in supporting sound user acquisition strategies and running innovative experiments that exceed target goals

  • Ability to craft creative content and design in line with the Add to Event brand

  • Experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple paid channels

  • Excellent project management skills with experience supporting cross-functional projects

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changeable environment

All you have to do is let your Relationship Manager know you’re interested, ask them any questions you have and they will take care of the rest.

From there, what’s next is super simple  😇

If you like the initial sound of the company/ role. We then act as your “in” with them and set up an initial phone chat with you and the Hiring Manager there. 

 

The chat will be pretty informal and should only last 10-15 minutes - It's a fact find for both of you.
