Job Description:

This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing, lively and ambitious business, determined to be world leaders in providing market intelligence to a number of industries including FMCG, Technology, and Healthcare.

Main responsibilities will include:

  •   Managing a portfolio of c. 80 accounts / c. £1mil revenue on multi-year contracts

  •   NB/Upsell expectation of £10,000 per month

  •   Primary point of contact for their account base, they are responsible for providing all administrative support (training, user set up, QMS, client queries etc.)

  •   Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and user experience

  •   Run digital campaigns to increase exposure and revenue from client base

  •   Targeted to obtain referrals and testimonials from current client base.

  •   Creating usage and value trackers from clients to assess usage – highlighting areas to improve usage/value

  •   Responsible for on-boarding process for new clients

  •   Graduation of GlobalData Sales Academy – modules include Lead Generation, Value selling, Negotiation, portfolio management

  •   Becoming GlobalData product specialist

Recruiting Process:

1. Relevant candidates will be contacted for a simple 5 minute phone call, which acts as the 1st step in the process.

2. This is followed by a 1st interview with the relevant GlobalData Sales Director.

3. Successful applicants are then given a role play scenario to show off their current skill in a 2nd interview.

4. Optional: This is followed by a final interview, meet the team and decision.
