Role:

You will be a Platform Sales Manager responsible for the development, management and conversion of sales opportunities for the TeamTogether platform. We are looking for people who are able to drive results autonomously and work well as part of a team when required. As part of a growing team with ambitious targets, you will be comfortable with change and be able to handle a level of uncertainty.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering revenue through smart business development targeting

  • Managing existing client relationships and exploring new opportunities

  • Developing expertise across one or more of our key sectors of finance, retail and the public sector

  • Building relationships with relevant senior buyers and partners

  • Closing deals and managing contractual and budget negotiations

  • Use tools to track all sales activity, constantly improving our process

 

Requirements: 

It would be a great advantage if you also had:

  • Experience of working with or within large corporate environments (as a consultant, service provider or in-house position) and the ability to navigate corporate policies, systems and hierarchies

  • Previous success in delivering recurring revenue in a similar environment (HR tools and software) and strong consultative selling skills

  • A clear track record of delivering software sales growth

  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and have proven, exciting networks

  • Networking capability to deliver new leads

  • Delivery experience through pitches, presentations and talks

  • An enjoyment of closing deals

  • High levels of financial competence

  • Ability to work with the rest of the team and not be a lone wolf

  • A passion for people and technology

  • Previous experience of a fast-paced start-up environment
