How does hyer work for companies?

We've designed Hyer so companies have almost nothing to do - other than interview their chosen candidates.

 

We take out all the hard work for companies - no more outreach, screening questions, shortlisting the top candidates, chatting back and forth etc.

 

Now you have the time to focus on more important matters - just sit back and we’ll send you ready-to-go candidates straight to your inbox.

How do we get set up?

Super simple ✌ All you have to do is answer a few simple questions on who your ideal candidate is and why you have a great place for them to work and grow. We then get to work instantly. 

What positions do you cover?

We are laser focused and only for startup candidates. Candidates who are currently working in a startup, scale up or large tech unicorn. 

 

We are currently only for non-technical candidates and our core areas are:

Sales  -  Product  -  Success/ Support  -  Grads  -  Marketing  -  Talent/ HR  -  Operations  -  Account Management

What do you charge and how does the pricing work?

> We're pay on success only ( designed so you can start seeing your ideal candidates straight away, risk free.

 

> Set fee of 10-15% of basic salary ( depending on the type of role )

Is there a guarantee or rebait period?

Absolutely! All hires comes with a 3 month, 100% guarantee. Taking the hiring risk away from you. 

 

If the candidate leaves, for any reason, within the first 3 months, we return the entire fee. No questions asked.

Do you pre-screen candidates and how long does it take to see candidates that suit our roles?

> We "pre-screen" all candidates via zoom or face to face. Our "pre-screening" is not what you would expect - candidates actually enjoy it, it's inspiring and highly candidate led, backed up by psychology.

 

> You start seeing and interviewing candidates within the first 3-4 days. You’ll see everything upfront inc full profile, salary, why they’re open to new roles etc. We send candidates direct to your current ATS, Slack or email - you don’t need another dashboard.

How is hyer different to a recruitment company or job board?

We do all the work for our companies and have the reach of candidates that a recruitment company can't access.

YES! We see thousands of candidates a week and have unprecedented data around what attracts candidates to a specific company or job. 

 

We pass our findings on to all our company partners to ensure they are doing everything right to attract the key audience they are looking for. Something as simple as changing the job title or adding an extra section to a job profile can increase apply rates by 35%.
