What you'll do: 

You will be leading Zoe, one of our early stage ventures and will play a hands-on role in executing the company’s strategy.   

 

Zoe is an AI driven insurance assistant that helps users find their misplaced policy documents and shop for switch to better deals with zero hassle. 

 

You will work closely with the design, engineering, marketing and operations teams and will bear the overall responsibility for achieving our targets and driving the company into the next stages of growth.

We are industry agnostic, currently developing companies in multiple verticals, incorporating groundbreaking technologies such as blockchain and machine learning.

 

What you’ll get to do 

 

You will be leading Zoe, one of our early stage ventures and will play a hands-on role in executing the company’s strategy.

You will work closely with the design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams and will bear the overall responsibility for achieving our targets and driving the company into the next stages of growth. 

 

● Take overall responsibility of executing on the company strategy and leading the team  

 

● Act as product manager for the development of our technology platform and user applications 

 

● Gather and manage product feedback through analytics tools, concept testing, and A/B testing 

 

● Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts 

 

● Explore and analyze markets and trends in the industry 

 

● Help improve the operational processes  

 

Requirements 

 

● 5 years experience as a product manager in a startup or fast-paced tech company (e.g. Google, Stripe, Square.) 

 

● Growth hacking/customer acquisition experience in an early stage startup environment highly preferred 

 

● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to get into the details 

 

● Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction. You should be able to independently plan, prioritize and deliver  

 

● Experience as a software engineer or technical business analyst is a plus

 

● Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering or Maths preferred  

 

● Experience in Insurance is a plus
