Who We Are
Pass the Keys is a fast-growing short-let management company. We manage hundreds of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and Homeaway across 10 cities in the UK. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic person to manage our operations in London. This job will give you complete ownership and will help you outgrow your competence in general management, operations, financial management, customer service, sales and marketing. You will also learn a great deal about property management, holiday lets and the short-term let world.

What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic person to join our Sales division in London. This role will allow you to develop the B2B arm of PTK, reporting into the Sales Director. You will be a results- driven BDM who will have experience in identify, engage and building relationships with prospects within the property sector.
You’ll play a key role in accelerating and growing our customer base by building key relationships with professional landlords, estate agents, property developers and strategic partners.
To excel at this role, you will be expected to be a self-starter, have an impressive ability to build rapport with people quickly and a willingness to go above and beyond to help the business grow. The ideal candidate would already have a relationships within the sector.
This will be the chance to hit the ground running and take full ownership for your sales funnel since you’ll be responsible for lead generation, building pipelines, presenting, writing proposals and closing your own deals whilst conveying the Pass the Keys vision.
- Work on the entire sales cycle by developing the action plan with the support of the Sales Director. This will be a consultative sell. You’ll need to be awesome at listening and matching your approach with your audience’s’ requirements and values
- Achieve sales targets
- Present, promote and sell PTK services
-Reach out to lead through cold calling, social media and network at industry events
- Work closely with the pre-sales and tech teams to build strategic client plans/proposals which align with client needs (Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services)
- Keep up to date with industry events, offerings and competitors
-Collaborate with management on strategy and progress
Requirements
- Established sales experience ideally within Business Development (4+ years), proven track record of winning and growing accounts. B2B Experience
- Experienced in using CRM systems
- Good knowledge of the UK property market and an interest in startups
- Competitive industry knowledge and ideally an established network to leverage off
- You have a proven track record of driving growth through local and global partnerships
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
- Experience hosting or staying at AirBnb or HomeAway flats is a plus
- Ability to design and deliver engaging presentations to senior business stakeholders
