Who We Are

Pass the Keys is a fast-growing short-let management company. We manage hundreds of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and Homeaway across 10 cities in the UK. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic person to manage our operations in London. This job will give you complete ownership and will help you outgrow your competence in general management, operations, financial management, customer service, sales and marketing. You will also learn a great deal about property management, holiday lets and the short-term let world.

If so, we might have the right opportunity for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our Client Support Team in London.

 

You will report directly to the Head of Client Support and will be given the chance to take on more responsibility based on your skills and interests as Pass the Keys continues to grow rapidly. 

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage our relationships with hosts, providing them with world-class customer service 

  • Manage day-to-day communication, answer questions, and solve issues while coordinating work with the Client Support team

  • Set expectations with our clients as to what is operationally possible and actively work to retain them 

  • Gather quantitative and qualitative insights that can drive product improvements 

  • Improve processes and contribute to the team’s vision and strategy as well as the overall company growth 

  • Efficiently onboard new clients signed up by the sales team and provide them with a five star customer experience 

  • Partner with the Technology team around onboarding automation to increase productivity and support rapid growth 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • A minimum of 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service 

  • Operational experience is preferred 

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is also preferred 

  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Google G Suite 

  • Interest in real estate, hospitality, tourism, and startups is a plus 

  • Experience hosting or staying at AirBnb or HomeAway flats is a plus
