Growth Lead at Marshmallow

We're looking for a passionate, data-driven growth marketer to help us understand our customers and to lead on acquisition, retention and referral.

Marshmallow is a purpose-driven, technology first insurer and we were set up to help the most underserved portion of the insurance market, foreign-born drivers.

We've built our own pricing algorithm and use new data sources to understand the risk of someone from a foreign country meaning that we can lower the cost of insurance for a huge portion of the 3.5 million drivers who were born outside of the UK.

At Marshmallow, understanding our customers is core to what we do, who we are and core to what we are trying to build. We want our customers to LOVE not like us and your role will be to help us better understand our customers and to lead on acquisition, retention and referral.

 

As we are a startup you can also expect to be involved in customer service, product road mapping, design reviews, and everything else you imagine a startup does!

What you will spend time on:

- Working on the acquisition and retention strategy 
- Leading on all of our growth experiments 
- Understanding our customers 
- Building out how the growth team works day-to-day 
- Hiring the growth team 
- Heavily inputting into the brand strategy.

You should apply if:

- You have over 2 years marketing experience 
- You’re passionate about data-driven marketing 
- You’re willing to get stuck in, we are a startup where you will be working on a few different things
