The Role

 

We are looking for an entrepreneurial new Sales Manager, who will form a pivotal part of the product strategy and roadmap for CreditDigital. The SM will work closely with the CTO, CEO, and Product Manager day to day to help shape the future of our products: both App and Web.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Helping to create and manage our sales pipeline

 

  • Closing inbound and primarily outbound leads via phone and email

 

  • Managing and recording interactions in CRM system (HubSpot)

 

  • Managing and training and helping grow the sales team 

 

  • Thinking strategically about how to improve sales pitch and process

 

Your experience:

 

  • Experience working in a sales team in a start-up (ideally tech/SaaS based)

 

  • Experience in outbound calling (a must)

 

  • Talking to potential customers via phone and email

 

  • Working with a CRM system
