With this in mind, we are looking for ambitious, motivated salespeople to help us achieve the next stage in our growth. The Role: Reporting to the UK Head of Sales: You will be an ambitious, diligent, and consultative sales professional who has a great understanding of building genuine pipelines and hunger for driving new business. As the face of Roubler, you will be tasked with continuing to launch Roubler into the UK market. ● Manage the full sales cycle, owning opportunities from initial prospecting to negotiating and closing deals ● Deliver online demos to prospects, providing an engaging experience to show just how powerful Roubler can be in transforming performance ● Qualify and manage inbound inquiries in line with the internal sales process ● Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline ● Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis ● A customer-first approach to calls, interactions, and support is critical to the role What you have done before: ● 2-4 years of technology (B2B, SaaS preferred) related sales or business development experience ● Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role focused on mid-market clients, selling a complex SaaS product (experience selling a product into a new market a bonus) ● Ability to build rapport on calls very quickly and translate client pain points into a possible product solution ● Data-driven and process-driven in your approach to work ● Experience working with a CRM tool, preferably HubSpot - as well as the belief that clean data means clean results ● We are looking for an individual with a team-first mentality to help us elevate our business and collaborate well as a team To be successful at Roubler you must have: ● The ability to adapt to a growing business in an emerging space ● Superior communication and listening skills ● High ethical standards and demonstrate transparency about everything you do ● A natural curiosity and the ability to articulate solutions to resolve issues ● A level of self-awareness that enables you to positively collaborate with both your Roubler colleagues and customers
