We’re building a team of designers, engineers and product experts in the heart of East London to help build new innovative companies.  We are industry agnostic, currently developing companies in multiple verticals, incorporating ground breaking technologies such as blockchain and machine learning.

 

What you’ll get to do:

 

You will lead Lifted, one of our early stage ventures and will play a hands-on role in executing the company’s strategy.

  

Lifted is a tech-first home care business that aims to provide the highest quality of care and help older adults to continue to live well & independently at home. 

 

You will work closely with the design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams and will bear the overall responsibility for achieving our targets and driving the company into the next stages of growth. 

 

● Take overall responsibility of executing on the company strategy and leading the team  

 

● Act as product manager for the development of our technology platform and user applications 

 

● Help improve the operational processes to allow Lifted to deliver high-quality care at scale  

 

● Support the recruitment and management of the operational team 

 

● Explore and analyze markets and trends in the industry 

 

Requirements: 

 

● 5 years experience as a management consultant or as a project manager in a process driven organisation 

 

● E excellent analytical skills and the ability to get into the details 

 

● Team management experience 

 

● Experience designing and improving operational processes 

 

● Self-starter capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction. You should be able to independently plan, prioritise and deliver.

 

● Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance and Marketing is a plus .

 

● Experience as a technical business analyst or technical product manager is a plus 

 

● Experience in healthcare OR a regulated environment is a plus
