ContentSquare is looking for a passionate Customer Success Asscoaite (CSA) to strengthen its UK team. Based in London and reporting to the Customer Success Lead, in a fast-growing company. As a Customer Success Associate, you will guide new clients in the optimal use and adoption of the ContentSquare solution. As the first point of contact for your clients in their relationship with ContentSquare, you will be responsible of providing them with the best onboarding experience and empowering them to use the tool autonomously.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will guide new clients in the optimal use and adoption of the ContentSquare solution. As the first point of contact for your clients in their relationship with ContentSquare, you will be responsible of providing them with the best onboarding experience and empowering them to use the tool autonomously.

 

Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring solution’s implementation and adoption within clients’ organisation:

    • Identifying key users of the solution and building strong relationships with them (operationals and executives)

    • Leading training sessions and guiding users on their path to becoming autonomous

    • Engaging clients’ in the use of the solution by providing them with dedicated and bespoke support, by identifying their strategic business goals

    • Configuring and analysingclient data within the ContentSquare tool

    • Co-ordinating actions to ensuring clients’ satisfaction:

    • Ensuring the adoption of the solution and providing personalised solutions for usage optimisation

    • Co-ordinating internal resources to cater for client needs (Data Analysts, Solution Integration Manager, Product team, Customer Care)

    • Being the voice of the clients and providing internal feedback on how ContentSquare’s solution can be improved

    • Keeping customers updated on the latest ContentSquare developments, resources and events

    • Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication skills

    • Good understanding of Analytics, A/B test and Data oriented businesses

    • A dedication to customers and an enthusiastic mindset

    • Ability to adapt to different clients’ situations and provide the best suited solutions

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment

    • At ease with managing multiple projects at the same time

    • Native English speaker
