Customer Support Manager with Vestd

Introduction Vestd (www.vestd.com) is a digital platform that allows its customers to authorise, execute and manage shares and share options compliantly, simply and affordably.

 

We currently have over 120 companies on the platform and are experiencing rapid growth. We therefore need to add to the team an 8th member who will allow us to continue our expansion, whilst ensuring we give an excellent level of customer service to our new and existing customers.

 

This is a critical role at the heart of our business, which will allow the individual significant scope to influence the development of the business over the coming years.

Job Purpose:

 

To ensure that all customers receive prompt and helpful support to enhance their experience of the platform and of Vestd.

Key Tasks:

 

  • Becoming fully conversant with all aspects of the Vestd business model, its legal framework, and the digital platform

 

  • Defining and implementing customer support processes as the business evolves

  • Working closely with both sales and technical teams to ensure seamless support for customers as they progress from prospects to users of the platform

  • Leading on the use and evolution of tools to support the customer journey.

  • Ensuring that all customers have a positive experience of Vestd

Essential Candidate Attributes:

 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable dealing with Founders, CEOs and FD’s

  • Ability to understand and empathise with the Vestd customer base

  • Detail orientated

  • Comfortable working remotely and as part of a remote team

  • Enjoys learning and developing as an individual

Useful Experience:

 

  • Understanding shares and equity, how UK limited companies are generally structured and the types of share schemes SME's typically use

  • Working at different levels in a small or medium enterprise Having provided operational or customer support for a rapidly growing business

  • Dealing with legal and contractual issues
