What you’ll get up to:

Build relationships with potential clients in anyway possible to close deals - typically we do it in-person, over the phone, video conference etc, but we never limit ourselves!

Help educate customers on the value of Chattermill throughout the adoption cycle

Manage a pipeline of opportunities and handle all stages of the sales process from generating prospects through to closing deals

Develop deep customer relationships “high and wide” (operational through executive, across all the relevant functions) with prospective clients to win new business

Become an expert in the use of the Chattermill technology and what it makes possible for partners as well as the wider AI and Customer experience space

Work with the Client Experience team to transition new clients that you have signed up

Work with the Growth team to identify new opportunities and grow pipeline of sales opportunities

Serve as the voice of our customers and thrive on feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
A bit about what you need:

Minimum 3 years’ successful experience in a sales role with a consistent record of exceeding targets

Experience of the sales process from prospecting to close

Flexibility to sell to different types of business from start up to Enterprise as well a range of stakeholders across different departments and levels of seniority

A proven ability to identify the right stakeholders and navigate the sales process

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to rapidly build rapport with different people

Strong presentation skills with the ability to present confidently

Comfortable working with data to form arguments and answer questions

Rapid learner with the ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment

Team player: you don’t draw the line at just your own responsibilities - you care deeply about the whole success of the business

Experience working with SaaS and / or analytics technology products a bonus but not compulsory
