You will play a key role in launching a new product line in the software developer assessment space, generating leads and convincing these leads to buy or trial our technical interviewing product.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for team members to join a company that is already recognised as one of the top education technology startups in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Our team consists of former Google and Amazon employees who have scaled products to hundreds of thousands of users, and we are looking for team members who are competitive, ambitious and have a track record of over-achieving and exceeding targets.

In this role, you will be speaking to a range of potential clients, from small startups to fortune 500 companies who are interesting in improving their technical hiring and assessment processes.

You will play a key role in launching a new product line in the software developer assessment space, generating leads and convincing these leads to buy or trial our technical interviewing product.

As the first BDE in our B2B division, you will be in a position of responsibility within the team, with substantial growth opportunities. You should be excited about not just working hard in a small but rapidly growing startup, but in building it too. You must be hungry to convert prospects into clients and know that our interviews can change the face of technical hiring globally. RESPONSIBILITIES



* Generate leads and populate these into our CRM


* Guide customers through our product options and explain how this can help them


* Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback on leads


* Contributing to process improvements throughout the start-up


* Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the technical assessments space


* Identifying opportunities for new business within the market

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS



* One+ years of professional, full-time sales experience in a lead generation sales role


* Excellent with technology


* Prior experience working with CRMs


* Ability to craft and maintain sales CRM systems, spreadsheets, and collate market data


* Fast learner, meticulous attention to detail


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Meticulous attention to detail


* A problem-solving and positive attitude


* Start-up mentality and the desire to see CoGrammar succeed


* An interest in the the technical assessment and recruitment space

 

 


DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

 


* Prior experience selling into the technical assessments or recruitment space


* Understanding of software development and technical assessing


* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
