What you'll do:
As part of a growing team you’d report directly into Sarah (our Programme Manager) supporting her with: Logistics, Relationship Management, day to day operations, programme management.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role at a social business with big ambitions. Circl exists to create a world where everyone can lead.
We deliver certified leadership & coaching skills training to groups of professionals, who then share and practice what they have learnt with talented school students (aged. 16-18).It’s a uniquely effective way to help businesses build a coaching culture, while giving talented students the skills they need to succeed.
In our first year we’ve worked with lots of schools and big clients including Facebook, Uber, Etsy, British Land, Allen & Overy, Google and Innocent, with even more exciting collaborations lined up for next year.
What you’ll be doing
As part of a growing team you’d report directly into Sarah (our Programme Manager) supporting her with:
Programme coordination; taking care of planning and logistics for each programme, which take place at the offices of the businesses we work with.
> Relationship management; acting as a point of contact for business clients and partner schools.
> Day-to-day operations; office management, team admin and developing processes that can grow with us.
> Programme management; you will also quickly be in charge of running your own programmes as we grow.
As part of our growing team, you’ll be involved with all aspects of the business and will have the autonomy to add value wherever you think you can.

You’ll be joining co-founder Charlie, non-exec co-founder Adrian, along with Sarah, Florence and Natalie. Along with our team of advisors Connie, Paul, Rija, Rob and Rob.

We take care of the entire process for you so we can manage and remove poor experiences like ghosting, no feedback, no updates and so on.
All you have to do is let your Relationship Manager know you’re interested, ask them any questions you have and they will take care of the rest.

From there, what’s next is super simple
If you like the initial sound of the company/ role. We then act as your “in” with them and set up an initial phone chat with you and the Hiring Manager there.
The chat will be pretty informal and should only last 10-15 minutes - It's a fact find for both of you.
