It's a uniquely effective way to build coaching skills in your current and future leaders, while giving talented students the skills they need to succeed. We work with lots of schools and big clients including Facebook, Uber, Etsy, British Land, Allen & Overy, Google and Innocent. 

What you'll do: 
 

As a key early recruit we’re looking for someone to play a role across Circl’s business development, with a focus on: Relationship Management, Growing Circl’s brand and Operations.

In 12 months time:

 

a. Head of Sales in London 

 

- Hirinig & managing a team of sales people 

- Part of the senior strategy team - setting vision 

 

b. General Manager for new UK city

 

- Leading a team in a new location in the UK 

- Hiring and managing a full regional team. 

 

 

24 Months time

a. Managing Director for new international territory (i.e. US, AUS, Europe)

 

- Leading a team in a new location internationally

 

b. Global Sales Director 

 

- Managing the sales functions across multiple territories 

 

c. London based Global Chief Commercial Officer

Business Development Manager 

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role at a social business with big ambitions. Circl exists to create a world where everyone can lead. 

We deliver certified leadership & coaching skills training to groups of professionals, who then share and practice what they have learnt with talented school students (aged. 16-18). It’s a uniquely effective way to help businesses build a coaching culture, while giving talented students the skills they need to succeed.

In our first year we’ve worked with lots of schools and big clients including Facebook, Uber, Etsy, British Land, Allen & Overy, Google and Innocent, with even more exciting collaborations lined up for next year.

As a key early recruit we’re looking for someone to play a role across Circl’s business development, with a focus on:

 

  • Relationship management; cultivating new and existing business clients and partner schools.

  • Growing Circl’s brand; increasing awareness of our work and finding new approaches and prospects in developing our client and school partners.

  • Operations; developing our day to day business development processes that can grow with us. 

 

We’re looking for someone who understands why our commercial approach is so important to our social impact and who has the potential to grow themselves and Circl. You’ll be reporting directly into our Co-founder and CEO, Charlie.

 

You may have experience of:

  • Sales (training programmes or other stuff) to businesses and/or schools 

  • Managing a pipeline

  • Communicating with different stakeholders

  • Building relationships at high levels in businesses and/or schools

  • Developing processes and systems

  • Using Salesforce or similar CRMs

 

You may be: 

  • Tenacious: you will follow up relentlessly ensuring you make the most of every opportunity. Your solutions focused with anything that comes up with client or with internal processes. Bringing solutions not problems.

  • Connected with social impact: just like the rest of the team you are genuinely engaged in our mission. You want to work for a company with purpose.

You’ll be joining co-founder Charlie, non-exec co-founder Adrian, along with Sarah, Florence and Natalie. Along with our team of advisors Connie, Paul, Rija, Rob and Rob.

All you have to do is let your Relationship Manager know you’re interested, ask them any questions you have and they will take care of the rest.
