Job Description

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive that will join an already high-performing commercial team. In three years Chattermill has grown from a team of 2 Co-Founders to a team of 20 in London and more around Europe.

In that time we have developed a cutting-edge product that allows some of the most exciting companies in the world (Uber; HelloFresh, Spotify, Transferwise, Skyscanner, Deliveroo + more) to finally understand their Customers and improve their customer experience through deploying our AI-powered solution.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Chattermill, you will be an enterprise sales leader experienced in selling into large enterprise accounts. As a successful candidate you are a creative, energetic, self-starter who understands the sales process.


Whilst you can expect to join a team that has been going for 3 years and already hit some really impressive sales goals we have huge ambitions and we do everything in an entrepreneurial manner so you’ll have to come armed with your own ideas of how to be successful!

We always look for people who are passionate about startups, AI, and data driven insight and aren’t afraid to take on big challenges to contribute to the continued success of Chattermill. This is an unbelievable opportunity to become a key player in the sales team and share ownership of the key challenges facing us as a company.

A bit about what you will get up to:

  • Manage sales processes from End-to-End - whilst prospecting won’t be day-to-day, at this stage of the company everybody gets involved in this side of the business

  • Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles

  • Identify when Proof of Concept/Trials are appropriate and manage these processes to ensure fast and committed buyers

  • Build relationships with potential clients in anyway possible to close deals - typically we do it in-person, over the phone, video conference etc, but we never limit ourselves!

  • Work with Customer Success to ensure a world class onboarding experience is delivered with the knowledge this starts from the very start of the sales cycle!

A bit about your experience

  • You have previously worked in an early stage company and you know how to navigate and be successful in a startup environment

  • You’ve worked in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales for 3+ years

  • Ability to simply articulate complex solutions like AI and Sentiment Analysis

  • Passion for exciting technologies

  • Team player: you don’t draw the line at just your own responsibilities - you care deeply about the whole success of the business

Chattermill helps companies collect and understand customer feedback at scale. We start with simple yet extremely effective Net Promoter Score surveys sent automatically to your customers. We then use cutting edge natural language processing and machine learning to categorise and measure each sentence in open ended responses. With us you can find out exactly how your business is doing in each area.
