Our new and innovative fundraising tech is changing the charity sector for the better and is already trusted by over 3,000 good causes across the UK. Due to our continued rapid growth, we are expanding and looking for a Head of Product to grow and manage our product team.


The focus of the role:

This is a pivotal hire for the company. You’ll be our first Head of Product, joining a growing team at a critical point in our journey, with the autonomy to shape the company’s entire product development function. Your main objective will be to define and develop our product roadmap while growing the team.

 

You’ll need a driven, hands-on and self-directed approach as you will need to build, manage and retain a complete product team and inspire them to deliver our vision for a market-leading product.

  • Experience of scaling a B2B2C SaaS business or previous experience in both a B2B and B2C environment

  • A growth product mindset with a proven track record of achieving KPI growth

  • Experience of growing and managing a complete product team

  • Experience in Agile and product strategy

  • Must be a highly organised project manager, with excellent attention to detail

  • C-level credibility with the ability to influence board decisions

  • A background in E-commerce or Fintech is desirable

  • A technical background is desirable
