As Birdie's first Enterprise Sales Executive, you will define and shape our approach to a whole new segment of the market. You'll engage with both executives and operational staff at mid-market and enterprise homecare agency groups to understand their challenges, assess our fit to support them, and forge new partnerships.
Birdie will secure market-leading share of the market in the UK then start to build international operations so growth in the role and for the company is truly great.

Launched in 2017, Birdie is a team of 20 top-notch care, product, health and tech social entrepreneurs committed to transform the way we care for our elders. We secured a £8.5 mln funding from Kamet Ventures and AXA - one of the world’s largest insurance groups - to accelerate our commercial and expansion phases in the UK and Europe. Birdie has won several prizes and recently was listed as one of the top 10 UK startups to watch in 2019.

As Birdie's first Enterprise Sales Executive, you will define and shape our approach to a whole new segment of the market. You'll engage with both executives and operational staff at mid-market and enterprise homecare agency groups to understand their challenges, assess our fit to support them, and forge new partnerships. You'll own our mid-market & enterprise sales process and strategy, and take responsibility for the next wave of Birdie's growth. You'll get to work across marketing, sales development and customer care to win new business and delight our customers at every step.
How you'll contribute to Birdie:
Exceed your annual quota of £600k annually recurring revenue;
Shape, test, iterate and optimise our pitch and processes to improve win rates & sales cycle times by 20%;
Lead your “squad”, consisting of a Sales Development Rep and Account Manager, to build your pipeline, qualify and win the right customers, and get those customers to successful use of Birdie as quickly as possible;
Play a key role in defining our product and marketing efforts, logging and structuring the feedback you hear to improve our product, sales and marketing strategies

We would love to hear from you if you:
Have an outstanding B2B sales track record (required);
Have social care or health experience (desired but not required);
An excellent communicator, demonstrating active listening and clarity and simplicity in your own communication;

Base salary up to £60k & attractive commission package
