About us

Atelier Technology are building the world's first enterprise network for jewellers. A standardised trading system enabling companies at every layer of the supply chain to drive efficiency by centralising/streamlining operations, and delivering growth through opening new routes to source/market.

What you’ll do

As a rapidly growing company, you will work closely with the multi-talented Atelier's Operations team as we build repeatable, scalable processes across the company including finance, legal, compliance, human resources and information security.

You will benefit from direct access to staff at all levels in the company and be supported by Atelier's Operations Manager who reports into the Chief Operating Officer.

Working in Operations gives you great visibility into the work of every team at Atelier, so you’ll have gain a deep understanding of how the wider business functions. This will enable you to develop and implement your ideas on how to make Operations slick and scalable.

No two days will be the same in this role and you’ll thrive under the pressure of quickly switching between tasks and prioritising a large number of workstreams. We’ll trust you to make sure that the urgent and important items are always addressed first but the long-terms strategic projects don’t get forgotten.
