We are looking for someone who can take on a real 360 approach so further down the line they will be in charge of more and more accounts, some of them being our key accounts. Later on they will likely end up managing the customer team if they are so inclined.

You will have the unique opportunity to shape this role however they you want to and take it in whichever direction you want; the next 12 months are going to be so crucial for Ambie as a company and could really accelerate your career.

About

Ambie is growing quickly and looking to invest in account management and customer success.

Based in the heart of London, you’ll be helping us disrupt the antiquated multi-billion dollar background music industry, by creating an automated, B2B music streaming service which is already used by leading retail and hospitality brands including Karen Millen, Hyatt Hotels, D&D London, Ottolenghi, Crussh and Sofa Workshop.

 

The Role

 

The role has three core objectives:

 

1. Retention | Ensuring our customers stay with us for a very long time

 

2. Referral | Encouraging our customers to refer us to other businesses

 

3. Expansion | Upselling customers with new products and upgrades

 

Key Responsibilities

● Ensuring customers are continuously receiving value from the service and product throughout the length of their subscription

● Prospecting and managing upsells i.e. adding new sites and upgrades from monthly to annual contracts

 

● Managing all customer renewals and retention plans

 

● Customer relationship-building and delivering a best-in-class customer experience

 

● Gathering and presenting feedback and insights from our customer base for possible new features

 

● Designing/managing customer incentives and promotions inc. referral programs

 

 

Requirements

 

● 3-4 years demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role

 

● Excellent personal and communication skills

 

● High emotional intelligence

 

● A creative problem solver with lots of initiative

 

● Very organised and efficient with excellent time management

 

● A fun and outgoing personality and most importantly, a real self starter
